There is a mistake on my vCard or certification

Why did I not receive a physical member card?
The kiter member cards have been discontinued in favor of the vCard, which enables more control over quality and ensures that all Instructors now certify their students online. Also, it prevents the risk of losing the card and makes it more eco-friendly!
How can I leave my feedback for the course?
When activating your account, you will be invited to leave feedback for your Instructor, the school and the lessons. If you missed that step, you can always leave feedback by going in your IKO account, click on the details icon of your certification and then on the "Leave your feedback" button.
What happens if I fail my Pro Course?
If you failed the Pro course (ATC or ITC), it means that you did not meet the requirements to pass the course and that you are not ready to follow an internship yet. This decision is final and up to the Assistant Trainer's or Examiner's judgement with confirmation of the Training Department for special cases. Note that none of the fees are refundable.
How do I leave feedback for a course?
How are kite surf kites sized and measured?
Recreational kites can range from 4m to 17m in size. If you put the canopy flat and measured it, you could find its size. A 9m kite for example covers and measures a total of 9 square meters.
How long are kiteboarding lines?
When taking lessons a beginner will learn with short lines ranging from 5m to 15m. As they progress they will move up to longer lines ranging from 20m to 25m. Kiteboarding lines for recreational use range from 18m to 25m.
What material are kiteboarding kites made of?
The majority of modern kitesurfing kites are made of polyester because it has a superior UV resistance. The only downside is that polyester kites can be more easily ripped and torn, compared to ripstop nylon kites.
