Can I see my students' feedback?

Yes. Student feedback comprises two parts: a rating and a review.

  • The rating is always considered in the instructor’s public profile and affects their ranking in the member list.
  • The review is visible on the instructor’s profile once approved by the IKO Office, unless the student has chosen to make their review private. In that case, the review is used for quality purposes only.

How to send student feedback?

A student feedback request is automatically sent each time you certify a student.When you certify a student, the system logs your teaching hours and the student’s number.At the time a student sends his feedback, you will receive this in your profile rating and reviews. This will have an influence on your vote.It may take 1-2 days before you receive the student feedback in your profile because IKO reviews and approves student feedback before posting to your profile. How to certify a student?

To certify a student, follow these four steps.

1. Log in to your account and go to “Students” tab.

2. Pick and click the course, "Kiteboarder."

3. Fill out and submit the online certification form. Students you have certified will be notified automatically by email.
