How can I leave my feedback for the course?
When activating your account, you will be invited to leave feedback for your Instructor, the school and the lessons. If you missed that step, you can always leave feedback by going in your IKO account, click on the details icon of your certification and then on the "Leave your feedback" button.
How do I leave feedback for a course?
My school is not an IKO Affiliated Center. Can I organize an ITC or IRC?
Only IKO Affiliated Centers with a Plus plan are allowed to schedule ITCs or IRC.

How to send student feedback?
A student feedback request is automatically sent each time you certify a student.When you certify a student, the system logs your teaching hours and the student’s number.At the time a student sends his feedback, you will receive this in your profile rating and reviews. This will have an influence on your vote.It may take 1-2 days before you receive the student feedback in your profile because IKO reviews and approves student feedback before posting to your profile. Do I have the right to use IKO content?
You can use IKO content only with IKO’s prior written consent. All IKO content is protected by copyright. Please contact the IKO for further details. To do so, please contact us by posting a message using the help topic "Other".
What is the process to make a complaint about an order?
Complaints must be made and received within 3 months after the order was made. Beyond this, complaints are not be processed. To make a complaint, write us a message using the topic "Order"
How many candidates can participate in an ITC?
We recommend a minimum of 4 Candidates. A maximum of 8 Candidates are allowed per ITC. If more than 8 ITC Candidates are accepted in an ITC, The Examiner and the Center will be sanctioned with a deduction of 6 points according to the Chart of Sanctions (Ref. 063).
Do I have the right to use the IKO logo?
IKO Logos are property of the IKO. It should not be used without IKO’s written approval. Any center or person using IKO Logos without authorization is in violation of international law and is subject to prosecution. Only Affiliated Centers are allowed to use the IKO Logo if the design is not changed or modified in any way. Logo can be printed in blue or white and can be accessed in the school profile: files/documents.Please note that there is a specific logo that is to be used by Instructors, this logo can be accessed from their account and then files/documents.
