As soon as your instructor or trainer submits your certification online, an email will be sent to the email you provided during your course. In this email, you will find the link to either activate your account and/or leave the feedback for your course. If you did not receive the email, please make sure to check the spam folder of your inbox too.
If you did not receive the feedback request by email, you can always leave a feedback by logging into your account and opening your certification details. To do so, access the homepage of your account by logging in. Then, scroll down to the ‘My Training’ section and find your recent certification. At the very far right, click on the information icon to open the certification details. On that page, click on the ‘Leave your feedback’ button to access the feedback request.
