Day 1
Kickstart Your Instructor Journey
Get introduced to the IKO teaching system, safety standards, learning concepts, and how to evaluate student progress.
Day 2
Learn to Lead
Develop your communication skills and teaching techniques using IKO’s 8-step method. Dive into comprehensive lesson plans and instructor responsibilities.
Day 3
Teach Real Students
Put your skills into practice with your first lesson with a student. Learn how to organize lessons and use IKO’s digital tools.
Day 4
Level Up Your Skills
Learn to interpret environmental factors with basics in meteorology and oceanography . Step into your role by Continue your teaching practice, tackle scenarios like boat rescues, and sharpen your instructor presentations.
Day 5
Prove You’re Ready
Complete your final lesson with a student, take the exam, and receive your IKO Instructor certification.
