Your IKO Profile: Complete It to 100%
After your IKO Instructor has certified you, you’ll receive an email to register (if you haven’t already). Once registered, complete your profile to access all IKO tools. Your profile is your official kiteboarding ID, so make sure it includes:
- Your full name.
- A clear profile picture, a smiling face is always nice to see.
- Your contact details, to ensure you receive all important updates and communications.
- Your location / country, so we can tailor your experience.
- Any additional information requested.
✅ Why this matters?
A complete profile helps IKO Centers and IKO Instructors recognize you, understand your level, and follow your progression correctly. It’s essential if you plan to take more lessons in another location or country.
Where to Find Your Certification & Level?
Once you’re logged in to your IKO account, click on your profile picture and select ‘Certification’ to see the details of the level you have achieved.
- Your IKO kiter level (for example: Level 4T) follows the IKO certification levels, which you can view in the ‘Training Path’ section.
Your level represents the skills you’ve achieved so far and reflects your progress along the IKO certification path. Keep training with an IKO Instructor to reach the next level and unlock new skills!

You’ll also see an important button here that allows you to ‘Leave Feedback’ for your IKO Center and Instructor. Please take a moment to share your experience with us, your feedback is valuable and allows us to continuously monitor and improve our services worldwide.
