Head Instructor Requirement

Dear Center Managers, As you may have noticed, IKO is making changes to re-energize and restore the organization to its original values. As a part of these changes, and based on IKO standards set forth in September of 2009, all IKO Head Instructors, who are part of an IKO Affiliated Center, must be at a minimum a Level 2 Instructor who has completed the online training course “Become a Head Instructor.“ All Centers must be up-to-date with this requirement by November 30, 2011. Because we appreciate, and value the time and loyalty that you have given IKO during your affiliation, IKO is offering you an exclusive, limited-time opportunity for free access to this online course, “Become a Head Instructor,” for your current Head Instructor. If you would like to take advantage of this free opportunity, please send your Head Instructor name, ID and email address to contact@ikointl.com.  We will update our database, and give him/her free access to complete the course, only instructors with a valid membership are elegibles. Qualifications for this course are listed on the Instructor Public Profile.  This is a great opportunity for your Head Instructor, as s/he will acquire more recognition into the IKO organization. Note: After November 30th, Instructors will have to pay $65 USD for the course, and Centers that have not fulfilled this requirement will be removed from our IKO web listing until the Head Instructor completes this course.
