Will IKO add my school or me if we are expired into the unauthorized list?
As soon as a school or an instructor has expired, we get in contact to inform them that the membership must be renewed to keep IKO benefits and the right to use IKO intellectual property. However, suppose the school or the instructor does not reply to our messages. In that case, we may consider that our messages have been ignored, and we will open a quality case requesting the removal of the IKO intellectual property from their website and/or social media. If the expired school or instructor does not remove the aforementioned, violating our standards, a DMCA report will be submitted.
Why am I or my school on the IKO Unauthorized list?
IKO will add into the unauthorized list, members or schools that do not respect the IKO Standards and/or have been suspended by the IKO quality department according to the chart of sanctions.
Can I see my students' feedback?
Yes. Student feedback comprises two parts: a rating and a review.
- The rating is always considered in the instructor’s public profile and affects their ranking in the member list.
- The review is visible on the instructor’s profile once approved by the IKO Office, unless the student has chosen to make their review private. In that case, the review is used for quality purposes only.
When are my students or clients insured?
They are insured as soon as they enroll in any of the IKO Kiter Membership Plan
How do I view my earnings?
To view your commission, log in to your IKO account and click “Register Student”
How do I earn free certification credits?
You must register your student before the course or on the first day of the course in order to receive a certification credit.
How do I get paid?
Commission is automatically credited to your account when you sell membership in-person or online.
What is the member referrals pack?
The member referrals pack is a folder that’s downloaded from your IKO dashboard. It contains email templates, graphics and other marketing materials to help you sell online and in-person.
How do I sell memberships online?
Sell memberships online by sharing your referral link via email, social media and on your website. You receive commission for every person who purchases membership through that link. They must pay for membership within 30 days of receiving the link, in order for you to receive commission.
How do I sell membership in-person?
Sell membership in-person by registering students at your kite school through your IKO dashboard. The student pays you directly for membership. You keep the commission and pay the remainder to IKO.
