How IKO Feedback Works
No matter if you are a kiter or a professional, you might have heard about the IKO feedback request. If not, today is the day you get to know how it works. All kiters should be certified by their Instructors at the end of a course, both with a kiteboarder card and an online certification. Along with the online certification, a feedback request is sent to the kiter's email.
The feedback is in no way compulsory, however, it greatly helps other kiters identify the best instructors and schools out there. It also increases the chance of an instructor to be hired in an IKO Center. The feedback can be kept private or published on the website. Each week we select the best feedback that promotes safe teaching and fun and publish it on the IKO Facebook page.

IKO cracking down on logo abuse & quality control
Since the beginning of the year, we have had more than 50 logo abuse cases on the internet. We have solved 90% of them positively. Along with this logo abuse program, several quality control cases have been reported to us and the Instructors and Centers have either been warned, sanctioned or suspended from the IKO community.
Safety is the key to make kiteboarding become an even greater sport and for that, we need to promote only the best Centers and Instructors worldwide. We thank all the kiters who have informed us of logo abusers and schools/instructors who have not been following the IKO quality standards. You can help safely develop the sport by reporting any quality issue you encounter!
